The hinge looks like it has had a new pin at some point. The rolled gold finish was worn in most areas, showing the base metal underneath. I'm not sure if some small garnets are missing on the gold tone pointed petal like sections around the central cluster, it could just be part of the design or maybe they had small garnets in them (see pictures). All the other garnets are present.
