DESCRIPTION: A stunning and large antique cameo pendant brooch, mounted in a solid silver frame decorated with marcasites. The cameo is made from genuine shell and has been intricately hand carved. I love the way she's wearing a pearl necklace. The frame is stamped "800" and the total weight is 10.46g. The size dimensions are in the later photos.
