Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

With items travelling over such large distances, especially international orders, delays are not uncommon. We can't be held responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping on domestic orders is free. Items will be sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. You can upgrade to Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery service for £3.50 at checkout.

We only charge one flat rate shipping per order, therefore you can purchase multiples items and the shipping cost will remain the same.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mexico, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye, Vietnam

International Shipping Rates

We charge a geographic flat rating for international shipping. The rates charged depend on item value, not location. 

Items up to the value £35.00 include free International Non-Tracked postage. This service is untracked, therefore you may wish to upgrade to Tracked shipping for peace of mind. You can upgrade to International Tracked at checkout for £6.00. If you select International Non-Tracked shipping we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post, therefore I recommend tracked shipping every time. To confirm, the International Non-Tracked service isn't fully trackable. I offer this service as it's a cheaper alternative for lower value orders. Proof of postage will be obtained for all services. 

For items over the value of £35.00, International Tracked postage will automatically be selected at £6.00

For items over the value of £100, International Tracked postage will automatically be selected with increased insurance at £9.00. 

Below are estimated shipping time for international deliveries. Please bear in mind these are only guidelines as International deliveries can be affected by delays due to numerous factors. We can't be held responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Opulent Antiques Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your countries customs force to confirm your potential import duties and taxes.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. The only service that won't include a tracking number is the "International Non-Tracked" service. This service does not allow end to end tracking. If you want end to end tracking, then we recommend paying for the "International Tracked" service (see above "International Shipping Rates" for more information). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated times frames stated above (see above "International Shipping Rates" for more information), please contact us at contact@opulentantiquesstore.com. Please provide your name, order number and shipping query on the email. The estimated time frames are from when the item has been dispatched, not the date it's ordered.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can ship most orders to P.O boxes. On some occasions the shipping provider may not post to a P.O box. If this is relevant to your order, we'll contact you via email before dispatching the order requesting a different delivery address. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and any taxes or fees for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@opulentantiquesstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
