DESCRIPTION: A genuine antique Victorian 18ct gold cased heart charm/pendant. To explain, gold cased items were popular in the Victorian era, they're essentially a very thick form of rolled gold/gold filled, about 5 times as thick. The charm is hollow in the centre and the size dimensions are in the later photos. It's stamped "18ct gold cased" and weighs approx. 1.99g. As to be expected with age and use, the gold casing has worn in areas.
