DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous antique Victorian solid 18ct gold and solid silver opal and diamond ring. The opals has a beautiful fire, with green, blue and orange flashes. It's surrounded by old cut diamonds. It sizes at approx. UK O or US 7.25 and weighs approx. 4.02g. To confirm, the gemstones are set in solid silver (this was common in the Mid Victorian era), the back of the bezel and shank are all solid 18ct gold. Essentially the gold coloured metal on the ring is solid 18ct gold and the silver coloured metal is solid silver. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests are explained above.
