DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique solid 9ct gold back and front bird locket, adorned with diamond tone and ruby tone pastes. This locket is not rolled gold, it is a 9ct 375 solid gold front and back. This means the front and back of the locket are solid 9ct gold sheets, mounted onto a gold gilt base metal frame, hinge and bail. The locket opens/closes well and has its original metal pictures retaining shims for both sides and see thru cover for one side. It weighs approx. 3.39g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age and type, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests as explained above. PLEASE NOTE: The are some dents on the rear (see pictures/video). Some of the pastes have tinged green and darkened in areas.
