DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique 9ct gold back and front oval locket, adorned with ruby tone pastes and seed pearls. This locket is not rolled gold, its a 9ct solid gold front and back. This means the front and back of the locket are solid 9ct gold sheets, mounted onto a base metal frame, hinge and bail. The item opens/closes well and the pastes still have a nice sparkle. It has the picture retaining shim on one side and weighs approx. 5.53g. The size dimensions are in the latter photos. As to be expected with the items age and design, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests as explained above. PLEASE NOTE: The rear has some initials engraved on to it and has a number of dents, see pictures/video.
