DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique Victorian hand carved shell cameo pendant, mounted in a solid 9ct 375 yellow gold frame. It weighs approx. 2.23g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with its age, the gold isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for solid 9ct gold.
