DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique Victorian 9ct rose gold heart locket, adorned with a seed pearl. This locket is not rolled gold, its a 9ct 375 solid gold front and back. This means the front and back of the locket are solid 9ct gold, mounted onto a rolled gold base metal inner frame. It opens/closes tightly and it has its original picture metal retaining shims for both sides. It weighs approx. 3.43g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. The rolled gold on the rims edge has worn showing the base metal underneath. As to to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests as explained above.
