DESCRIPTION: A stunning and fairly large antique solid 9ct gold back and front locket, with bird engraving on the face. The item is stamped "9ct on metal fittings" and weighs approx. 7.91g. It opens/closes well and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. To confirm, this item is not rolled gold, it has a solid 9ct 375 gold sheet on the front and back, with a base metal frame, hinge and bail. It has both of the picture retaining shims on both sides.
