DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique Victorian solid 9ct gold bloodstone brooch. The bloodstone has mesmerising green, red and yellow tones. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for solid 9ct gold. The pin and jump ring are base metal. It weighs approx. 5.03g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. There is yellow patch on the side of the bloodstone, this is a natural inclusion. There is a small gap in the border between the bloodstone and 9ct gold frame.
