DESCRIPTION: A stunning antique solid 9ct gold back and front locket, with a hand engraved butterfly on the face. It weighs approx. 3.15g and opens/closes well. The size dimensions are in the later photos. It has the original picture retaining shim for one side. To confirm, this item is not rolled gold, it has a solid 9ct 375 gold sheet on the front and back, with gold gilt internals. It's stamped "9CT BK & FT" and there is a small dent in the rear. PLEASE NOTE: The inside has dark tarnishing which I can't clean off, see pictures/video.
