DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous antique Victorian 9ct gold cased spinner fob pendant, adorned with a genuine bloodstone and carnelian gemstones. It weighs approx. 5.49g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. The fob rotates as it should. To confirm, the item isn't solid gold, it's 9ct gold cased. This means it has a thick sheet of gold bonded onto base metal. It's much much thicker than rolled gold or gold filled, to the point where the item looks like solid gold.
