DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous antique Victorian 9ct gold cased pocket watch key fob pendant, adorned with a genuine bloodstone and citrine gemstones (100% tested). It weighs approx. 5.06g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. The fob doesn't swivel as the look section has been soldered shut, see pictures/video. To confirm, the item isn't solid gold, it's 9ct gold cased. This means it has a thick sheet of gold bonded onto base metal. It's much much thicker than rolled gold or gold filled, it's even thicker than a 9ct metal core item. It essentially looks like solid gold as the gold is so thick.
