It's adorned with real white spinel gemstones (100% tested). The ring sizes at approx. UK M or US 6.25 and weighs approx. 2.56g. It is stamped "9CT SIL". To confirm, the gold coloured metal is solid 9ct gold and the silver coloured metal is sterling silver.
