DESCRIPTION: A sweet antique bird engraved heart locket, with a solid 9ct 375 rose gold back and front. The front has been hand engraved with a bird and floral pattern. It opens/closes well and is stamped "9ct BK & FT". The item weighs approx. 3.82g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. To confirm, the front and back of the solid are a shell of solid 9ct gold, this is bonded onto a base metal frame, hinge and bail. As to be expected with age and use the item has marks and minor dents. It also has dark patina in areas, especially on the inside (see pictures/video). The price reflects the condition.
