It opens/closes well and the total weight is 3.31g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. The item is stamped "SILVER B&F", meaning the locket is solid silver front and back. This means the front and rear faces are solid silver (800+) and the rest of the locket (inner frame, hinge, bail etc) is base metal.
