DESCRIPTION: A stunning antique Georgian solid 15ct 625 gold brooch, adorned with a large garnet and 4 white quartz gemstone. The gemstones are foiled backed which gives you a good understanding of the items age. As to be expected with the items age and style, there are no hallmarks or gold stamps. It has been tested and I can confirm it is made from solid 15ct 625 gold, the clasp and pin are solid 9ct gold. The total weight is 7.37g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. There are some scratches and marks on the item as to be expected with it's age. PLEASE NOTE: The foil behind the white quartz gemstones has darkened with age and use, giving them a mottled brown tone in areas, see pictures/video.
