DESCRIPTION: A rare antique Victorian gold vermeil on sterling silver locket, adorned with horseshoe decoration. The locket is fully hallmarked for sterling silver, dating to 1898. It has its original picture retaining shim on both sides and opens/closes well It weighs approx. 4.49g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. There are some dents on the rear and some dark marks and wear to the gold vermeil on the face, see pictures/video.
