DESCRIPTION: A genuine antique art deco solid silver riviera necklace, adorned with faux carnelian (glass). The necklace measures approx. 42cm or 16.5" in length when unfastened and weighs approx. 10.61g. To confirm, the faux carnelian section of the necklace is the original art deco part, the chain section looks like a later sterling silver addition. The clasp is stamped "925" and the rest of the necklace tests for high grade silver (800+). As to be expected with age and use, some of the faux carnelians have marks and scratches in areas.
