DESCRIPTION: A superb and rare antique solid silver cameo heart locket. The cameo is genuine hand carved shell and its surrounded by filigree decoration. It opens/closes well and is stamped "800" for silver. It weighs approx. 6.19g and the size dimensions are in the later photos.
