DESCRIPTION: A large and heavy 1920s antique solid silver cameo brooch, decorated with marcasites. The cameo is nicely detailed and has been hand carved from shell. The frame is stamped "800" and the item weighs approx. 15.89g. The size dimensions are in the later photos. The safety clasp functions but catches a little on rotation.
