DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique 1920s solid silver cameo brooch/pendant, depicting a lady, a lyre and a cherub. The cameo is genuine hand carved shell. It weighs approx. 2.68g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. It's stamped "800" for silver.
