DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique Victorian solid silver puffer heart pendant, adorned with diamond pastes. It weighs approx. 2.83g and is hollow in the core. The size dimensions are in the later photos. It isn't stamped/hallmarked but tests for high grade silver (800+). As to be expected with the items age, the pastes have darkened, see pictures/video.
