DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique Victorian solid silver puffer heart pendant, adorned with emerald pastes and seed pearls. It weighs approx. 1.58g and is hollow in the core. It's stamped "SILVER" and the size dimensions are in the later photos. PLEASE NOTE: It has a dent in the rear, see pictures/video.
