DESCRIPTION: A beautiful and large antique solid silver cameo brooch,, with an unusual design. The cameo has been intricately hand carved and is genuine shell. The item is stamped "SILVER" for silver and the weighs approx. 13.63g. The size dimensions are in the later photos. The item has a slight gold hue as it would've originally has a gold vermeil finish over the silver. There are some dark silver patina marks around the silver rim housing the cameo, see pictures.
