DESCRIPTION: A beautiful and large antique sterling silver cameo pendant/brooch. The cameo has been intricately hand carved and is genuine shell. The item is stamped "925" for silver and the weighs approx. 10.60g. The size dimensions are in the later photos. The rear of the cameo has some white markings on it, see pictures/video.
