DESCRIPTION: A beautiful and rare antique solid silver lava cameo pendant. The cameo has been intricately hand carved. It weighs approx. 4.24g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+).
