DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique Victorian solid silver puffer heart pendant, adorned with diamond pastes. It weighs approx. 1.84g and is hollow in the core. The size dimensions are in the later photos. It isn't stamped/hallmarked but tests for high grade silver (800+). The pastes have darkened with age and use, see pictures/video. I've reduced the price accordingly.
