DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique Victorian solid silver puffer heart pendant, adorned with diamond pastes. It weighs approx. 2.55g and is hollow in the core. The size dimensions are in the later photos. It isn't stamped/hallmarked but tests for high grade silver (800+). The pastes still have a nice sparkle with some aging, as to be expected with the items age.
