DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique solid silver puffer heart pendant, adorned with sparkly diamond pastes. It weighs approx. 3.67g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with age, some of the pastes have darkened slightly with age and use, but in general the item still has a nice sparkle. The item isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+).
