DESCRIPTION: A stunning antique Victorian gold on solid silver puffer heart pendant, adorned with sapphire tone and diamond tone pastes. The pastes are hand cut which is a nice touch. The item weighs approx. 4.54g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. As to be expected, the item isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver with a gold vermeil finish. Some of the pastes have darkened due to age and use, see pictures/video.
