DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique Victorian solid silver puffer heart pendant, adorned with turquoise and seed pearls. It weighs approx. 1.59g and is hollow in the core. The size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+).
