DESCRIPTION: A special antique Victorian solid silver bird brooch, adorned with numerous diamond tone and ruby tone pastes. The bird is cradling an egg which is a rare design. I'm not sure what the bird is, maybe a crane. The item is made to a beautiful standard and the pastes still have a good sparkle for their age. As to be expected with the items age it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+). It weighs approx. 10.86g and the size dimensions are in the later photos.
