DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique sterling silver paste puffer heart pendant, adorned with sparkly diamond pastes. The item is fully hallmarked for sterling silver, dating 1902. It weighs approx. 2.47g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with age, some of the pastes have darkened with age and use, see pictures/video.
