DESCRIPTION: A sweet antique Victorian solid silver monkey brooch, adorned with numerous diamond tone pastes and ruby tone paste eyes. It weighs approx. 5.28g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. The item is stamped "STERLING SILVER". As to be expected with age and use some of the pastes have darkened. PLEASE NOTE: From what I can tell, the bar/tube section that the monkey is "sat" on should have a silver ball on each end. It looks like these balls have been removed, likely due to damage. You can see the remnants of where they would've been mounted, see picture 6 & 7. I've reduced the price accordingly.
