DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique sterling silver puffer heart pendant, adorned with sparkly diamond pastes. The item is fully hallmarked for sterling silver, dating 1904. It weighs approx. 3.95g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with age, some of the pastes have darkened slightly with age and use, but the item still has a nice sparkle.
