DESCRIPTION: A superb antique three graces cameo pendant/brooch, mounted in a solid silver frame. The cameo itself is genuine shell and has been hand carved. The item is stamped "800" for silver and weighs approx. 4.78g. The size dimensions are in the later photos. The silver has some dark black patina in areas, mainly around the circumference (see pictures 5 & 6).
