DESCRIPTION: A lovely and very large antique Victorian cameo brooch/pendant, made from gold gilt base metal. The cameo is genuine shell and has been hand carved. The brooch's gold gilt has worn in areas as to be expected with age and use. It weighs approx. 22.81g and the size dimensions are in the later photos.
