DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique Victorian star mourning brooch, made from solid 9ct 375 gold and adorned with blue enamel and a seed pearl. The mourning locket section opens and can be used. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for solid 9ct gold. There is approximately 9 grams of 9ct gold in this item and the total item weighs a total of approx. 14.64g. The size dimensions are in the later photos. PLEASE NOTE: As you can see from the photos, there are dark marks in areas and scratches in areas. It looks like there has been some old gold repairs in areas and some of the beads are one side are crushed. I've reduced the price accordingly.
