DESCRIPTION: An elegant antique Victorian solid 9ct gold back and front heart locket, with hand engraved faces. It weighs approx. 1.53g and opens/closes well. The size dimensions are in the latter photos. As to be expected with age, the item is not stamped however tests for the above. To confirm, this item is not rolled gold/gold plate, it has a solid 9ct 375 gold shell on the front and back with a base metal inner frame, hinge and bail.
