DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique Victorian locket, with a solid 9ct gold back and front. The locket has been intricately hand engraved on both sides. The item has its original picture retaining shims for both sides and replacement plastic picture covers. To confirm, the locket has a solid 9ct 375 gold front and back, with a rolled gold base metal interior frame. It opens/closes well and and weighs approx. 4.73g. The size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests as explained above. PLEASE NOTE: The bail loop has an old repair, it has been reattached using lead solder, see pictures/video. I've reduced the price accordingly.
