DESCRIPTION: A stunning antique Victorian shield locket, made with a solid 9ct 375 gold front and back. It's not a rolled gold or gold filled locket, the outer casing of the front and back is solid 9ct 375 gold. The item has been ornately hand engraved and it has the original innards. It weighs approx. 5.29g, opens/closes well and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't hallmarked/stamped, it tests as explained above. PLEASE NOTE: The inside rear has some perforations in it's face, see picture 8. The faces also have a tendency to pop inwards from time to time. I've reduced the price accordingly.
