DESCRIPTION: A stunning antique Victorian shield locket, made with a solid 9ct 375 gold front and back and hand engraved with grape decoration. It weighs approx. 5.58g, opens/closes well and the size dimensions are in the later photos. To confirm, the front and back faces of the locket are solid 9ct gold, the inner frame, hinge and bail are made from base metal. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't hallmarked/stamped apart, it tests as explained above. It has the original glass on one side and the oval picture retaining shims on both sides. The inner frame has some dark marks and red marks in areas, see pictures/video.
