DESCRIPTION: A lovely antique Victorian genuine shell cameo brooch, mounted in a solid 9ct 375 gold frame. The cameo itself has good detail with a high relief. The item weighs approx. 3.88g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked but tests as explained above.
