DESCRIPTION: A genuine antique Victorian ammonite fossil brooch with a solid silver mount. The item weighs approx. 12.32g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+). The pin and read bracket holding the fossil in are base metal.
