DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique Victorian bog oak brooch, engraved with Queen Victorian. The item is made from bog oak wood, used to imitate Whitby Jet in the Victorian. It's fossilised wood found in peat bogs. The item weighs approx. 5.40g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. It has some chips and surface cracking in areas as to be expected with age and use.
