DESCRIPTION: A brilliant antique Victorian solid 15ct gold mourning locket, decorated with a black enamel and intricate engraved pattern on the rear. To confirm, the locket is solid 15ct gold, not a back and front locket. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked but tests as explained. It opens/closes well and has its original metal retaining shim and glass on one side. It weighs approx. 2.93g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. The enamel is in good condition, there is some pitting to it, but none of it has worn through to the gold (see pictures/video).
