DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique Victorian rolled gold kite shape brooch, adorned with a genuine natural amethyst (100% tested). The brooch weighs approx. 5.75g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. As to be expected with age and use, the rolled gold finish has worn in areas showing the base metal underneath (see pictures/video). Some of the amethysts have slightly lifted in the mounts and have some claws missing, they're still securely held so it's mainly a cosmetic.
