DESCRIPTION: A beautiful and rare antique saphiret brooch, fashioned in a cluster setting decorated with diamond pastes. The saphiret boasts the red/blue tones that makes it so beautiful. The metal is a gold tone base metal which would of been gold gilt a long time ago. As to be expected with age and use, the saphirets and pastes have darkened with age. The item weighs approx. 5.35g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. PLEASE NOTE: I'm not sure if one of the saphirets has been replaced, simply because they're both cut differently, see pictures/video.
